2.4 If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that person to these Terms and Conditions.

3.2 Single Account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on p345. The opening of duplicate, multiple, or parallel accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 Accurate Information. You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information when registering your Account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change.
3.4 Verification. p345 may at any time, and will do so prior to processing any withdrawal, require you to submit identity verification documents including but not limited to a valid government-issued CNIC, passport, or driving licence, together with proof of residential address and proof of payment method ownership.
3.5 Restricted Jurisdictions. p345 does not knowingly accept registrations from individuals located in jurisdictions where online gaming is expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of p345 complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. p345 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
4.2 Notification of Breach. If you become aware or reasonably suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify p345 immediately via the live chat facility or by email at [email protected].
4.3 Account Currency. All Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings on p345 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). p345 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.
4.4 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. p345 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts after giving reasonable notice. Any remaining balance will be returned to the Player upon valid withdrawal request and completion of KYC verification.
4.5 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting p345 customer support. Any verified funds remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
5.1 General Rules. All bets and wagers placed on p345 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product — sports betting, live casino, slot games, and fishing games. These product-specific rules are published on the relevant section of the Platform and form part of these Terms and Conditions.
5.2 Bet Acceptance. A bet is only confirmed and binding once p345 has issued a bet confirmation reference number. p345 reserves the right to decline, void, or limit any bet or wager at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.
5.3 Palpable Errors. p345 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or terms that were published due to a manifest error, technical fault, or pricing mistake, even after the relevant event has concluded. Decisions on palpable errors are made at the sole discretion of p345 management.
5.4 Event Cancellation. Where a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the relevant market settlement criteria are met, p345 will settle affected bets in accordance with the applicable sports betting rules. In the absence of a specific rule, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned.
5.5 Live Betting. Bets placed on in-play markets are accepted on the basis of the data and statistics available at the time of bet placement. p345 cannot guarantee the accuracy of live scoreboards or statistics and will not be liable for any decisions made by the Player based on such information.
5.6 Maximum Winnings. p345 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on individual bets, daily winnings, or product-specific categories. Current limits are published within the relevant product sections of the Platform and may be updated periodically.
6.1 p345 offers various promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms and Conditions.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits for each promotion are specified in the individual promotion terms.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. p345 operates a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse. 6.4 One Bonus at a Time. Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, only one promotional offer may be active in a Player's Account at any given time. Players must complete or forfeit the current promotion before activating a new one.
6.5 p345 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited to an Account, the applicable terms at the time of crediting will govern that bonus.
7.1 Accepted Payment Methods. p345 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and cryptocurrency. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change. The Platform accepts no liability for third-party payment processor outages or delays.
7.2 Minimum Deposits. Minimum deposit thresholds apply per payment method and are displayed on the cashier page at the time of transaction. p345 reserves the right to amend minimum deposit amounts with reasonable notice.
7.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to the Player's Account balance instantly. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to one (1) business day depending on the issuing bank's processing times.
7.4 Withdrawal Conditions. All withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. p345 will not process withdrawals to payment methods not registered to the Account holder. 11.1 The p345 Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
11.2 p345 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. It is your responsibility to ensure that your device and network connection are suitable for accessing the Platform.
11.3 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, p345 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or gaming losses resulting from technical faults.
11.4 p345's total aggregate liability to you under these Terms and Conditions, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount of funds held in your Account at the time the relevant claim arose.
11.5 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by p345's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
12.1 p345 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at p345.org/privacy-policy and forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
12.2 By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming compliance.
12.3 p345 applies industry-standard encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Account passwords are stored using cryptographic hashing and are never accessible in plain text by Platform staff.
12.4 p345 will retain your personal data for as long as your Account remains active and for a minimum period thereafter as required by applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
13.1 p345 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that a Player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or where account closure is required to comply with applicable law or regulatory requirements.
13.2 Upon termination by p345 for cause, any Bonus Funds held in the Account will be forfeited. Real-money Funds held in the Account may be withheld pending investigation. Where no fraud or breach is established following investigation, verified Funds will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.
13.3 p345's rights and obligations under Sections 3, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 15 shall survive termination of these Terms and Conditions.
14.1 p345 may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, p345 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via email or on-Platform notification. Minor clarifications or corrections may be made without prior notice.

15.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under p345's international gaming licence jurisdiction. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies specified by the relevant licensing authority.
